Product Description: The Drop Point Saber grind blade of this knife measures 2.75" in length and is made of VG10 full tang fixed blade. It is compact, with a total length of 6.58". The blade is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, containing 15.5% chromium.

Features: To ignite a fire, simply strike the 90-degree spine of the knife against the hex-shaped, threaded ferrocerium rod integrated into the sheath. This action will create generous sparks.

For signaling purposes, a 115b safety whistle is attached to the butt of the knife. It is accompanied by a reflective mini lanyard strung through the hex driver.

The blade of this knife holds a sharp edge due to its Rockwell hardness of HRC58-60. To maintain its sharpness, utilize the sheath's built-in Ceramic V notch for regular honing.

The threaded 1/4" hex ferro rod can be tightened or replaced using the built-in driver. The sheath is fully threaded, allowing for the insertion of the ferro rod in reverse. This feature provides additional grip while holding the sheath and striking the knife's spine against the rod.

For convenient carrying, the knife and sheath together weigh only 4 oz. Without the sheath, the knife weighs a mere 2.3 oz. The G10 scales on the handle ensure both comfort and durability. Multiple carrying options are available, ensuring that the Scout Feather remains secure and easily accessible. The form-fitted sheath features a heavy-duty belt clip, specifically designed to fit 3/4" webbing commonly found on sternum straps of backpacks. This allows for secure attachment to the chest strap, belt, or pocket. Alternatively, the knife can be worn as a neck knife by threading the cordage of your choice.
